December 2, 2014: Seasonal Work
When it comes to beefing up your holiday budget, why not consider taking on a job somewhere that you love to shop?
While I’ve never made a lot of money in my life, I’ve always found ways to work around my lack of funds…literally.
Most retailers hire seasonal workers and it’s the one time of year where it’s acceptable to walk into a job interview and tell them about the limited number of hours you want to work or the specific days you’re able to devote to the job.
Retail is a great option for for electronic nuts and music lovers to sport enthusiasts and home decorators. The beautiful think about this scenario is that not only will you typically get a great discount (sometimes even on other stores/restaurants within a mall), but you can also dedicate the money you’re making specifically for your Christmas gifts.
