First Saturday Freebies are back! If you didn’t know, the first Saturday of each month is loaded with freebies and great deals, and I’m outlining a few of my favorites below…

Free Museum Weekend
Bank of America customers can visit one of over a hundred museums and cultural institutions across the country on the first weekend of every month, simply by showing their Bank of America card. Find full free museum weekend details here.
Lowes Build and Grow Workshop
While this freebie isn’t the first Saturday of each month, the Lowes Build and Grow workshop typically happens every month (sometimes twice a month). This is another free project kids can build (typically based around whatever children’s movie is in theaters at the time).
Goodwill Half Price Saturday
You can always find a great deal at Goodwill, but you’ll find an exceptional deal on the first Saturday of every month because EVERYTHING is half price! This is my favorite time to get clothes for my kids; once you know what brands work best on them, it’s easy to do a quick scan to find what works for your family.
