It’s Day 7 of my Birthday Giveaway a Day in July! Today you can win the latest VeggieTales DVD: “Princess & the Popstar”
It’s no secret that I love VeggieTales – I mean come on…I owned these videos (yes, VHS videos to be exact!) before I even had kids!
So I am super excited to be able to giveaway the latest & greatest of the VeggieTales series: “Princess & The Popstar”!
From the VeggieTales crew themselves, here’s a sneak peak:
Princess Poppyseed’s life on her family’s farm is far from the glamorous world of her favorite pop singer Vanna Banana.  While Princess milks the cows and dreams of a life on stage, Vanna has her own dreams of a life far from the hectic pace of stardom that leaves her feeling alone and lonely.  On a chance meeting at a playground, Vanna and Princess cross paths and realize they look almost exactly alike, which leads to the crazy notion that maybe they could switch lives…As each girl realizes the life they longed for doesn’t fulfill all their dreams, they learn that the life God gave them is the one for which they were uniquely and lovingly designed.
I can’t say for a fact whether or not this is considered a follow up to SweetPea Beauty, but I can say that I’m thrilled that there is finally a sweet, yet relevant series for my own little princess to fall in love with!

my niece would love this dvd. she is so into veggie tales as so am i..
My fave is Larry the Cucumber (a.k.a. Larry Boy); however, Bob is a close second. Our 4-year-old doesn’t have a favorite yet (at least, not that I can tell). I, like you, owned the Veggie Tales videos in VHS format and watched them while I was in college. The entertainment and moral value —- PRICELESS!!
