Many of you have been asking for deals on 2011 ICE! featuring Dreamworks Merry Madagascar characters at the new Event Center at Gaylord Opryland this year. Well guess what? I’ve got the deals for you!
I’ve always sang the praises of ICE!, but as a frugal girl, have cautioned you all that it can get expensive for a family. Well no more! There are now 2 ways for you to save on ICE!
1. Buy 2 Get 2 Free tickets to ICE!
Gaylord Opryland has partnered with several local radio stations to offer you this buy 2 get 2 free ticket deal. You must visit the individual station websites to get a certificate and use it on the specified dates. Here are the codes and the dates they are valid:

2. Visitors can also pick up ICE! coupons at area Wendy’s and K-Mart locations.

UPDATE: Sorry if I’ve led you wrong, but it appears that you must visit each individual ration station website to get a certificate and then present it at the ICE! box office to use that day (valid dates are in the chart above). Here is an example of one of the radio promotion pages.

AJ – that is a good questions. Without getting an official answer, I don’t see why not, since it’s above the cost you would normally pay. I’ll try to find out from them for you though 🙂
Can you use these codes if you are buying tickets onsite or do you have to purchase them in advance? I still can’t get them to work online??
Ok, I’ve found out what’s going on – codes must be used at the box office on the days specified above. Check out the example I just added at the end of the post.

There are 7 adults in our family that would love to see the ice show as we seen it last year but wont be coming down until the week of the 20th of Dec because of school I seen the deal buy 2 get 2 free but it only goes til Dec 8th is there going to be another deal thank you
Those are the only deals I’ve been made aware of at this time – but that doesn’t mean there won’t be more later!
I do know they will be doing this offer for the next few Tuesdays through mid- December, so maybe wait and try again then?
I tried to buy tickets online with these codes and it would accept the code, but never change the price in the shopping cart? Has anyone else had this problem?

Is there a trick to getting the ICE deal to work on that website? I put the promo code in and it said it was accepted, but did not take the discount off. ??
