May 4, 2015: Write Expiration Dates

Ever wonder how long it takes you to use a product? I have an easy way for you to keep track…

It’s hard to know how quickly you use something if you can’t remember when you bought it. When you start using things like shampoo, pasta, or even laundry detergent, take a sharpie and write the date on the bottom of the container. That way, you’ll learn how long it takes you to go through something and will help you better budget next time you’re at the store. This also allows you to know how much to stock up on the next time those non-perishables, office supplies and personal care goes on sale.
