“Heaven is for Real for Kids” is really for everyone

heaven is for real Heaven is for Real for Kids is really for everyoneHave you ever read a book that just makes you feel good as a parent?
What about one that reminds you that it’s OK not to have all the answers…because God does?
What if I told you that very book exists, and was written by someone who was still a kid?

When I read “Heaven is for Real” earlier this year, I couldn’t put it down. The first half moved me as a parent; the second half compelled me as a Christian. As someone who came to know Christ later in life, I feel like I’m constantly playing the skeptics role, challenging anything ‘religious’ I come across…especially accounts of heaven.

While few of us could ever identify with Colton’s journey to Heaven and back, all of us can benefit from hearing his story. My only issue was that I wanted to share it with my kids, but could not come up with a practical and tangible way to do so….until now.

Heaven is for Real for Kids was not only written for kids, as is evidenced by the exquisitely bright images and text, but it is obvious that it was written in Colton’s voice. Now 12 years old, Colton recounts with amazing detail (as well as adorable insights and biblical truths) his trip to heaven during an operation he had when he was only three years old.

Intertwined with scripture are specific memories Colton has of heaven, for one purpose: to let kids know that Heaven is for Real (“…and you’re going to like it!”).

Even more importantly, as a mom, I love that the book finishes with the most important message of all: “Jesus really, really, loves children. And Jesus really, really loves you!”

The Burpo family blessed ours by sharing their story in this book, and I know this book would be an incredible gift to share with others this season!

And right now you can get this amazing book at an amazing price too! (You know I wouldn’t share something this great without finding a deal on it for you, right?).

This week, you can purchase Heaven is for Real for Kids for only $8.99 at Parable.com…that’s a savings of 40%!

Don’t let this season go by without sharing this incredible story with those you love.
