Nashville Zoo

I just found out that admission to the Nashville Zoo is FREE for seniors 65 & older on September 22nd from 9am-4pm.

Senior Day 2014

The Nashville senior community is invited to a free day at Nashville Zoo courtesy of Cigna-HealthSpring. The zoo is partnering with Cigna-HealthSpring for this year’s Senior Day on Monday, September 22nd.

Adults ages 65 and older will receive free Zoo admission from 9 am – 4 pm.  Seniors will also receive a $5 food voucher that can be used for purchases at the all the food locations around the zoo.

The young and young-at-heart can enjoy:

*special keeper talks

*rides on the Wild Animal Carousel

*unique, interactive encounters with our outreach animals along the Zoo paths

*A Basics of Medicare meeting at 11:30 am

*Cigna-HealthSpring Silver Stars talent troupe will perform at 12:30 pm

If you want to read more about my first trip to the zoo, read my Nashville Zoo Review.
