Homemade Pantry[powerpress]

January 15, 2015: Homemade Pantry

Today I’m telling you how you can come close to turning your home into your own market!

The idea of creating a Homemade Pantry came when I discovered a book by the same name at the library. It intrigued me so much that I ended up checking it out on FOUR separate occasions! I finally bought a copy for myself for my birthday last year with the savings I’d made from making certain things at home instead of buying them…

The book introduced me to simple recipes for over 100 items I’d typically buy at the grocery store, but many of which I can now make myself at home for a fraction of the cost!

For instance, do you know just how easy it is to make homemade jam or even baking mixes? By making food at home, not only are you likely to save money, but it typically is better for you while tasting better too!
