July 15, 2014: Eat Out Earlier

Think you have to give up eating out when you’re on a budget? Think again!

Just because you’re looking to save money doesn’t mean you have to give up eating out entirely, just consider these tips:

Of course, you can always split a meal with a friend or even use a daily deal site to find a coupon.

But My favorite tip is to eat out earlier. Often times restaurants will serve the same food at the same portions for lunch, but charge anywhere between 25-50% off their dinner prices. Many will even offer ‘early-bird’ menus (regardless of age) or even free appetizers simply based on where you sit in the restaurant.

Knowing these tips will help you save money eating out while still staying on budget.
